You send photos and the address
Via WhatsApp or email. Please specify the floor and whether there is an elevator. You’ll receive a quote within 2 hours, every day from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

We plan the ladder lift in
If a ladder lift is needed, we’ll arrange it through SC Network Moving, and it will be included in our price and on our invoice. You won’t need to call anyone else.

Everything goes out through the window
The ladder lift brings the large items down. We sort everything and dispose of it properly, taking before-and-after photos.

Good to Know
When is a ladder lift needed?
If large or heavy items won't fit through the stairwell or into the elevator, or if a narrow staircase makes the job too time-consuming and risky, we'll assess the situation with you based on the photos.
Up to which floor is that possible?
SC Network Moving uses ladder lifts from the 1st to the 11th floor.
Does JunkBrothers also handle moves?
No. JunkBrothers is a clearance company: we clear out and haul away. We use the ladder lift to bring things down safely.
Do I need to make any arrangements myself?
No. We’ll arrange for the ladder lift and coordinate the schedule with SC Network Moving. The ladder lift will simply be included on our invoice, so you’ll receive a single invoice for everything. All you need to do is provide us with the address, the floor number, and the key.
Do you also work outside of Antwerp?
Yes. We handle clearances throughout Flanders and Brussels. If a ladder lift is needed, we always find a suitable solution together with SC Network Moving, wherever the property is.
