Via WhatsApp or email. You'll get a price for the clearance within 2 hours, every day from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Want the final clean too? Just mention it.

We clear the property
We set aside what the family wants to keep, sort through the rest, and dispose of everything properly. With before-and-after photos.

MoreWays cleans it
This is immediately followed by a thorough final cleaning. The property is then ready for the property inspection, the sale, or the key handover. You will receive a single invoice for everything.

Good to Know
Do I need to contact two companies?
No. You schedule the appointment with us, and we coordinate the schedule with MoreWays. That way, there are no overlapping appointments.
Will I receive two invoices?
No, you'll receive a single invoice from JunkBrothers for both the clearance and the cleaning. Would you prefer two separate invoices, for example, to distribute among the heirs? Just let us know, and we'll take care of it.
Does JunkBrothers do the cleaning itself?
No. JunkBrothers is a clearance company: we clear out and haul away. The final cleaning is done by MoreWays, our regular cleaning partner.
Can you handle this on an urgent basis?
Yes. If the key needs to go back quickly, we schedule the clearance within 48 hours and the cleaning follows as soon as possible after that.
Do you also work outside of Antwerp?
Yes. We handle clearances throughout Flanders and Brussels, and we work with MoreWays there for the final cleaning too. Wherever the property is, we always find a suitable solution.
