What if I choose the wrong format?
No problem. We always call first to confirm. If the format does not match reality, we adjust it before the appointment - without any hassle.
Are these fixed prices or target prices?
Guide prices. Is it less work than expected? Then you pay less. Is it more? Then we'll discuss that over the phone before we start - never a surprise on site without your agreement.
Is the appointment guaranteed?
The appointment is fixed after you have received a confirmation email from us. You will always have to pay a deposit of €50 (this will of course be deducted from the total price afterwards).
Do you also drive outside of Antwerp?
Yes, we work throughout Flanders and the Brussels region. Outside Antwerp, we charge a distance surcharge of up to €100 depending on the location. This is always confirmed in advance.
When is a ladder elevator needed?
If furniture cannot go up the stairs or through the door, we can use a ladder elevator. The cost is a maximum of €80 per hour. We always discuss this in advance when you describe the situation when booking.
How far in advance should I book?
In most cases, we have a free moment within 2-5 business days. Urgent? Call us immediately - if available, we will do our best to arrange quickly.
What will be done with the stuff?
Usable pieces we pass on to thrift stores or social organizations. The rest is sorted and disposed of to approved recycling centers. We are certified for waste transport.
