3. Retention Period

In deviation from standard terms, JunkBrothers applies the principle that customer data and associated visual material will be retained in our archive for as long as it is relevant to our business operations or until the data subject informs us expressly requests the deletion of this data. This enables us to serve returning customers faster and maintain a historical overview of work performed. Naturally, we comply with the statutory retention periods for accounting documents (7 years).

We are proud of our work and are happy to share it. For the use of imagery for promotional purposes, we adhere to the following rules:
