How does JunkBrothers clear a large warehouse?
We always start with an on-site inspection to correctly estimate the volume and type of contents. Then we propose a fixed price and plan the clearance with the appropriate number of people and trucks. Large warehouses are cleared in stages if necessary.
Do you also pick up warehouse shelving and pallets?
Yes. Metal warehouse shelving is dismantled and disposed of as scrap metal or, if in good condition, resold. Wooden pallets are sorted and taken away. Please mention this with your request so we can estimate disassembly time.
What does a warehouse clearance cost?
A small warehouse up to 200 m² usually starts around €600 to €1,000. A medium-sized warehouse of 200 to 500 m² costs €1,200 to €2,500. Large industrial complexes are custom priced after on-site inspection.
How long does a warehouse clearance take?
A small warehouse is often finished in one day. A medium-sized warehouse usually requires 1 to 2 days. Large complexes we schedule by mutual agreement - we always provide a realistic turnaround time with the quote.
Can you also remove leftover stock and heavy goods?
Yes. We take residual stock, heavy goods and industrial equipment. For extremely heavy or dangerous goods, we consult in advance about which approach is most appropriate - we are honest if something is outside our package.
Is there a minimum area for a warehouse clearance?
No. Whether it's a small 50-square-meter storage facility or a large complex - we come by. For smaller volumes, our waste disposal service sometimes more advantageous. We advise you honestly.
