Household Clearance in Antwerp
We’ll remove all your household belongings: furniture, appliances, clothing, boxes, and everything from the basement and attic. Items that are still usable will be given a second life; the rest will be disposed of properly. You’ll receive a clear price quote in advance.

Tip: Set aside in advance the items you want to keep, such as papers, photos, and jewelry, or mark them with stickers. We’ll only take what’s allowed to be removed.

Household clearance in Antwerp: what we look out for
We're based in Borgerhout and know the city well: narrow stairways, limited parking and busy streets.
Apartment without an elevator
Whenever possible, we use a ladder lift (up to €80 per hour). If that's not possible, we carry everything down the stairs: €20 extra per floor.
Parking right outside the door
Our truck must be parked close to the door. If it’s more than 10 meters away, there will be an additional charge of €115. You can request a temporary parking ban through your A-profile with the city, normally at least 5 business days in advance.
In all districts
Our prices apply to the city of Antwerp, including the districts of Antwerp, Berchem, Borgerhout, Deurne, Ekeren, Hoboken, Merksem, Wilrijk, and Berendrecht-Zandvliet-Lillo. Outside these areas, a distance surcharge of €30 to €150 will apply.

Sorting and Disposal
Items that are still usable are donated to thrift stores or social organizations; the rest are sent to certified waste processors. After that, the home is ready for cleaning or handover.

How much does it cost to clear out a home?
Estimated prices for the city of Antwerp, including handling, transportation, and disposal fees, excluding VAT.
Extra costs only when they apply: stairs without a lift €20 per floor (if a ladder lift is not possible), ladder lift up to €80 per hour, parking more than 10 metres from the door €115, rush service within 48 hours +30%. How much does it cost to clear out a home in Antwerp?
A studio starts at €300, a two-bedroom apartment at €600, and a townhouse at €800, excluding VAT. Send photos of each room, and we’ll provide you with a customized quote.
How long does it take to clear out an entire house?
Usually one day. For a large home with a full basement and attic, it may take longer; we’ll let you know in advance.
How soon can you come?
Usually within 2 to 5 business days. Is there a deadline, such as a key handover or a property inspection? In that case, it can often be done within 48 hours, with a 30% rush fee.
Do I need to be there?
No. We also handle key handoffs, for example, through a family member, the real estate agent, or the notary.
What happens to the items?
We donate usable furniture and household goods to thrift stores or social organizations. We sort the rest and send it to certified processing facilities. We are a registered waste hauler with OVAM (No. 178887).
What if I still want to keep some of my stuff?
Set them aside beforehand or label them clearly, for example, with stickers. We’ll only take what’s allowed.
Do you also clean the house?
No. We're a cleanup company: we clear out the property and haul away the items. After that, the home is ready for cleaning.
