We won't be taking this with us
We do not accept hazardous waste such as asbestos, chemicals, or bulk paint. If you're unsure about something, include it in the photo, and we'll let you know right away.
Tip: Set aside the items you want to keep in advance, or mark them with stickers. We’ll only take what’s okay to discard.

Steep or narrow basement stairs
Basement stairs are often narrow, steep, and poorly lit. We carry everything upstairs, even heavy items like a freezer or an old cabinet.
Basement storage in an apartment
A storage room in the shared basement? We’ll work neatly through the hallways and won’t leave anything behind in the common areas. You don’t need to be there—just give us a key.
Damp basement
We’ll simply haul away wet boxes, musty cardboard boxes, or moldy furniture. Afterward, have the cause of the moisture checked before you restock your basement.

From the basement and the staircase or hallway leading to it, via WhatsApp or our quote form. Please also mention whether there is an elevator.

Usually within 2 hours via WhatsApp. Includes handling, transportation, and disposal fees—no surprises later.

We'll carry everything upstairs
We'll set aside whatever you want to keep. You don't need to be there—just give us a key.

Left broom-clean
Items that are still usable will be donated to thrift stores or social organizations; the rest will go to certified recycling facilities. We’ll leave the basement swept clean.
Prices
How much does it cost to clear out a basement?
That depends on how much is in your basement. You choose a size, which includes handling, transportation, and disposal fees, excluding VAT.
Does the rest of the house need to be vacated as well? In the case of a house clearance we charge €100 to €300 extra per basement or attic. Dismantling racks or shelving is done on quote. Rush service within 48 hours: +30%. If there is less work than expected, you pay less. You can find all the details on our prices page.

That depends on how much fits in it. Individual items start at €190, a half-load (about 5 m³) starts at €480, and a full load starts at €950, excluding VAT. Send us some photos, and we’ll give you a customized quote.
Do I have to carry anything upstairs myself?
No. We carry everything upstairs and outside, even up narrow or steep basement stairs.
Can you clear out just the basement?
Yes. Even if you continue to live in the home, we will only clear out the basement or the basement storage area.
Do you also take wet or mouldy items?
Yes, we'll take those with us. We do not accept hazardous waste such as asbestos, chemicals, or bulk paint.
Do I need to be there?
No. We also handle key handoffs, for example, through a family member or the real estate agent.
